the day after

Well it went about as good as i could hope for a 1st timer only a sleepyness most of the day . After i got checked had good news so little to worry about.

the morning before

Well had a good night sleep and not feeling hunger for some reason. stomach is grumbling and flipping some but ok right now. This should be a landmark day

now 8pm

Well the serious flush out is almost over. Feel drained now I get some beaf stock to drink yuck
